the ART of Selling in fitness studios
A 5 hour virtual training program for front desk / sales people, instructors, managers and owners! It is not uncommon for me to hear stories of studio owners who decided to invest in opening a fitness studio and based on the existing health of the fitness industry, expect the clients and the numbers to just come rolling in. This is especially true for those who have opened franchises and are led to believe that the cookie cutter recipe for success that the parent company feeds them is fool proof. That is often not the case. Your studio is unique and should be handled as such!
